Methodology
Data is collected through multiple sources including the B-READY framework, SSBRR (State of Sub-Saharan Building Regulatory Regimes), and GABC (Global Alliance for Buildings and Construction). The building regulations component examines building codes, planning requirements, inspection processes, and transparency mechanisms.
